How does Doughy ship? What if it doesn’t arrive cold?

We ship Doughy via Priority Mail, and it should arrive within 2-3 business days. We recommend placing it in the refrigerator upon arrival. Doughy is shelf stable for up to 8 weeks and will last 6 months in the refrigerator and 12 months in the freezer.

What happens if my delivery is lost, stolen, or damaged?

We automatically add Package Protection to all orders for the off chance that your package doesn't arrive to you safely. Due to the perishable nature of our products during the summer we especially insist on keeping this insurance applied to your order. The process for receiving a replacement order or requesting a refund (minus tax + shipping) is extremely seamless and quick. You can choose to remove Package Protection from your order however we highly discourage it as upon doing so we do not hold any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages and will be unable to assist you further. If you added Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues.
